Past Placements

Social Media Marketing

We placed an intern with a business in the Oral Healthcare industry. In this role, they designed visual content to increase audience engagement on one of the company’s marketing campaigns. Their preparation of regular analytics reports tracked social media engagement progress, which was used for key marketing decisions. They also assisted with the drafting of social media policies and procedures to ensure brand image continuity.

Photography / PR

Our intern, a skilled photographer and videographer, put together marketing material for the partnered business in anticipation of their press release. This material played a central role in the promotion of the business’ latest product and our intern used their considerable expertise to guide the business through the shooting process.

Finance

A successful placement of ours had come to us with accounting experience at a “Big Four” accountancy firm, eager to develop his skill set with a smaller business. We partnered him with one of Ireland’s leading nutritious food companies, where he was tasked with assessing the impact of Covid-19 on the business, analysing growth opportunities and undertaking operating finance functions such as payroll and book-keeping.

Business Development

One of our interns was placed with a fintech start-up seeking to expand ahead of their seeding funding round. They were responsible for chasing leads and development of pipeline, onboarding clients and establishing a strong rapport thereafter. These additional clients have accelerated business growth and our intern continues to prove to be a true asset to the team.
